TargetSuccess offers a comprehensive Structured Interview system including training on how to use it. The primary goal of the training program is to teach new Coders (what we call those the give and interpret the actual interview) just how to effectively give the interview and obtain consistent and reliable results. |

Precise delivery of the interview and consistent interpretation using “look-fors” and other interpretation strategies are the focus of the program. |

Participants in the Training Program will also gain familiarity with various parts of the process including tools, reports, and document templates provided as part of the TargetSuccess system. |

The Online Coding System provides a powerful paperless process for those that are comfortable using a more state-of-the-art tool that gives access to detailed automatically generated results reports. |

There is also a wholly paper-based process. The online and the paper based systems can be used together very effectively. Part of our training process shows you how to do this. |

The training program itself is based on the Moodle online classroom platform. It contains extensive resources and integration with the various system tools such as the Online Coding System. Each training participant is given their own online account and access to the program. |

TargetSuccess provides individualized coaching for each participant. Access to the coach is via email or telephone. |
